Data Science/Analytics transformation for your company

Some of AI Singapore’s team members including myself  have been helping companies build their data analytics/data science capabilities and teams since 2011. Several of us form the core team in Revolution Analytics (enterprise R) in Singapore. Revolution Analytics was acquired by Microsoft in 2015.

We developed a set of best practice to help our clients then, and this is the approach that several have adopted to much success. We have put this into a set of slides which we though would be helpful to companies who are keen to build their analytics/data science/AI journey.

The slides are dated (it was developed back in 2012-2013), but we think it is still relevant.
